What time does the 10-day return period begin and end?

The 10-day timeframe begins the day the item is signed and received from one of our shipping partners. The ten-day return period expires exactly ten days (240 hours) after the item is signed for. In any case, if you want a time extension, please contact our customer service staff, who will be happy to assist you.

I bought 2 loose gemstones, one of which I like, and I'd want to return the other.

Yes, you can return the second gemstone within the 10-day timeframe under our no-questions-asked return policy on loose gemstones with a full refund.

I misplaced the lab certificate as well as the product's original packing. Is it still possible for me to return the loose gemstone?

We normally require the whole original product certificate, invoices, documentation, lab certifications, packaging, documentation, discount coupons, and other items that may have been included with the loose gemstone. You are not qualified for the 100% Money Back Guarantee if any of these things are missing. You may, however, be eligible for a Full or Partial Replacement/Store Credit. Can I return a gemstone that I purchased and got studded in a ring?

Our Return policy specifically mentions any custom-made (made-to-order) item (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) usually cannot be returned under the returns policy. However, if you place a return request within 10 (Ten) days of delivery, you have two alternatives. The alternatives are as follows:

You can seek a Store Credit worth 80 percent of your Invoice Value (For future purchases on our website)

Or,

You can seek a Refund worth 60% of your Invoice Value.

I am returning a loose gemstone. How should I send it?

Please follow these instructions if you are returning or changing a gemstone:

- Get a Return Authorization from Customer Support.

- Keep any original items that came with the gemstone, such as the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packing, paperwork, lab certifications, discount coupons, and so on.

- Carefully pack the things and send them exclusively through a reputable courier with package insurance. Take the tracking information from the courier and send it to us. Our address may be found by clicking here. Contact Us 

- We suggest and recommend that you return the product through your local DTDC branch using the 'DTDC Plus' service. This service guarantees priority Next Business Day (NBD) delivery in all metros and significant cities, reducing the chance of delays and misplacement of goods or theft

- Ensure your selected courier service provider accepts jewelry and astrological items completely, taking into account their worth and insurance.

- Please remember that if you receive a damaged gemstone, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it because we need to file a claim with the insurance company to be able to return the defective item. It's important and suggested to record a full unpacking video of the gemstone as soon as you receive it and open it.

- Please remember that we won’t be responsible or liable if the damage is informed to us by later than 48 Hours. 


What does the Days to Dispatch mean? (How soon will my order be shipped?)

The amount of days it takes us to prepare your shipment and send it over to the courier provider is referred to as the Days of Dispatch. Each product's shipment date is explicitly stated on its website. How long does it take to deliver my order? 

Our courier partners normally deliver items to India's metro cities within 7 working days. Our courier partners usually deliver non-metros within 10 working days after shipping. Additionally, Non-Serviceable areas due to Covid, Riots, Ongoing Construction and so on may not be included in calculating delivery days. Please factor in all such factors while scheduling the delivery in such zones.

Are you serviceable to all the Pincodes?

We vow to deliver each and every shipment ordered by our customers. Yet all our shipments will be subject to our delivery partner’s availability and due to that the delivery services to some pin codes may not be available. 

 

Is my shipment safe?

Can I track my shipment?

Online tracking is available for all Pramogh shipments. All of our packages within India are dispatched using reputable carriers such as FedEx, Blue Dart, BVC, Sequel, and others, and come with a tracking number. The customer will get an email update with the information of the Tracking ID and a link that will connect them to the website of our associated shipping partner as soon as the product has been dispatched from our Head office. We ship to over 150 countries and territories, with all purchases above INR 2,00,000 receiving free worldwide shipping (approx USD 2500)

Which countries do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

For purchases over INR 2,00,000, we provide free worldwide shipping utilizing only trusted courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, etc, with delivery times ranging from 7 to 12 days.

What Shipping Options can I choose from?

As mentioned earlier, all international orders over INR 2,00,000 (USD 2500) qualify for free delivery. Those placing overseas orders worth less than INR 2,00,000 (USD 2500) will have the choice of using EMS (only in countries where EMS exists) or Express Shipping.

EMS (International Speed Post) Option is currently available in over 200 Countries/Territories worldwide including USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Nepal but usually takes 10-15 days to deliver. (This service has occasionally been unable to reliably track shipments)

All International Express Shipping are sent only through reputed shipping providers such as FedEx, UPS, Sequel, BVC, DHL & TNT that typically deliver within 4 to 7 working days (This is a tracked service)

 

What about Custom Charges, Duties, etc.?

Please note that we are not liable for any customs fees, tariffs, VAT, or other fees that your country may impose. This varies from case to case and is beyond our control. Also note that there is no import duty on gemstones in the USA, Canada and Europe. Most other nations levy a fee of less than 1%. VAT can be reclaimed by professional buyers.

Will I be charged Customs Charges, Duties even if I return the item?

Please note that if an overseas purchase is cancelled or denied AFTER it has been dispatched, the client will be responsible for any customs and VAT taxes imposed by the jurisdiction. To return an item to us, the client must first clear all customs taxes, if any, and then return the item using our returns policy. Only after receipt of the item by our team, clearing of any custom duties and Taxes, will we be able to refund the remaining amount to the customer.
