Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:
1. 10 Day, 100% Refund - No Questions Asked Return Policy
> You can return your precious loose gemstones and semi-precious loose gemstones within 10 days of delivery for any reason, whether you don’t like it or it doesn’t meet your expectations.
> You’ll receive a full refund or have the option to exchange the gemstone for another one of equal value, no questions asked.
2. Lifetime Return Policy
> After the initial 10-day period, you can return your gemstone for a 50% refund of the purchase price or opt for store credit worth 70% of your purchase price for future orders on our website.
> This policy allows you to keep your gemstones for as long as you wish and still have the option to return them later for value.

Return Policy on Custom Gemstone Jewelry:
1. Precious Gemstone Jewelry
> Stone Value:
50% of the stone value will be refunded.
> Metal Value:
- Gold Jewelry:
Refund processed after deducting costs for making, wastage, hallmarking, GST, and service charges.
- Other Metals: 50% of the metal value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
> Certification Costs: If you cancel an order that includes a paid certification, the certification cost will be deducted from the refund.

2. Semi-Precious Gemstone Jewelry
No refund will be provided for the stone. Only the gold price will be refunded after deducting costs for making, wastage, hallmarking, GST, and service charges.

In case of any dispute, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Jammu.

Eligibility for Returns
To ensure your return or replacement is processed smoothly, please ensure the following conditions are met:
> Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, undamaged, and unaltered condition.
> Approval: All return and replacement requests are subject to Pramogh's examination and approval.
> Documentation: The return package must include the original or a copy of the invoice, packaging, documentation, certifications, discount coupons, and any free gifts received.
> Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the care and value of the item while it is in their possession and during the return shipment process.

Important Notes
> Alterations:
Items that are chipped, nicked, damaged, scratched, set, or altered in any way, or have a diff erent weight than when sold, are not eligible for store credit or refunds.
> Non-refundable Charges: Shipping charges, GST, duties, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
> Return Shipment: Customers are responsible for all return shipment costs.
> Additional Lab Certificates: Any lab certificates ordered separately beyond the free certification are non refundable.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned product at our address. Please ensure all requirements are met to avoid delays.

Cancellation Policy
> Before Shipment
If a customer wishes to cancel an order before it has been shipped, the following conditions apply:
- Refund Deduction: The refunded amount will be reduced by payment gateway charges,
currency conversion fees, and Pramogh’s service charge.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days.

> After Shipment (In Transit)
If a customer cancels an order while the parcel is in transit, the following conditions apply:
- Return Shipping Charges: The customer will bear the return shipping charges.
- Refund Deduction: The refunded amount will be reduced by return shipping costs, payment gateway charges, currency conversion fees, and Pramogh’s service charge.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will take a minimum of 7-10 working days after the return shipment is received and inspected.

> Custom Gemstone Jewelry
If the order includes custom gemstone jewelry, the following additional conditions apply:
- Gold Jewelry:
Refunds will be processed after deducting costs for making, wastage, hallmarking,
GST, and service charges.
- Other Metals:
50% of the metal value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Certification Costs:
If the order includes a paid certification, the certification cost will also be deducted from the refund.

Export Policy
Pramogh does not accept returns for items shipped outside India under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Export
A gemstone or jewelry purchase from Pramogh by a customer outside India is eligible for export only when the following conditions are met:
> Full Payment Received: The total transaction amount must be received in the respective currency.
> Payment Charges: The customer is responsible for all payment gateway fees and currency conversion charges.
> Valid Shipping Address: The shipment address must be located in the country from which the transaction occurred.
> Initiation of Export Process: The export process will commence once Pramogh acknowledges receipt of the payment.

Yes, under our no questions-asked return policy, you can return the other gemstones for a full refund within the 10-day eturn period.
3. I have lost the lab certificate and original packaging of the product. Can I still return the loose gemstone?
We typically require the full set of original documentation, including the product certificate, invoices, lab certificates, packaging, and any discount coupons. Without these items, you may not qualify for the 100% Money Back Guarantee. However, you may still be eligible for a partial replacement or store credit. Please contact our customer support team with details of your situation for assistance.
4. Can I return a gemstone that I purchased and had set in a ring?
Our returns policy specifies that custom jewelry cannot be returned. However, you are eligible for store credit worth 75% of your invoice value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
5. I am returning a loose gemstone. How should I send it?
To return or replace a gemstone, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Obtain a Return Authorization from our team.
- Prepare the Package: Include all original items that came with the gemstone, such as the Product Certificate, Invoice (original or copy), packaging, documentation, lab certificates, and any discount coupons.

6. What gemstones are eligible for the Lifetime Return Policy?

If you receive a gemstone that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item.
