At Pramogh, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible with our straightforward return and exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and hassle-free return process.

Return & Exchange Policy on Loose Gemstones

1. 10 Day, 100% Refund – No Questions Asked Return Policy

You can return your precious loose gemstones and semi-precious loose gemstones within 10 days of delivery for any reason, whether you don’t like it or it doesn’t meet your expectations.

  • You’ll receive a full refund, or
  • You may choose to exchange the gemstone for another one of equal value, no questions asked.

2. Lifetime Return Policy

After the initial 10-day return period, you can return your gemstone for:

  • 50% refund of the purchase price, or
  • Store credit worth 70% of your purchase price for future orders on our website.

This policy allows you to keep your gemstones for as long as you wish and still have the option to return them later for value.

Eligible Gemstones

Only precious gemstones are eligible for the Lifetime Return Policy. These include:

  • Ruby
  • Emerald
  • Diamond
  • Sapphires

Semi-precious gemstones are not eligible for the Lifetime Return Policy.

Return Policy on Custom Gemstone Jewelry

Gemstone jewelry that is custom-made or made-to-order is subject to special return conditions because the gemstone is set (studded) into the jewelry as per the customer's request.

Jewelry Refund Conditions

For custom gemstone jewelry, refunds will be processed based on the metal value of the jewelry, after deducting applicable charges.

Gold Jewelry

  • Making charges
  • Wastage
  • Hallmarking charges
  • GST
  • Service charges

Other Metals

  • 50% of the metal value will be deducted
  • The remaining amount will be refunded

Certification Costs

If the order includes a paid certification, the certification cost will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Note on Studded Gemstones

Once a gemstone has been studded or set into any jewelry, it will not be eligible for return or exchange, regardless of whether the request is made within the 10-day return period or after it.

However, in the case of precious gemstones, the stone may still qualify under the Lifetime Return Policy.

Precious gemstones include:

  • Ruby
  • Emerald
  • Diamond
  • Sapphires

Semi-precious gemstones that have been studded into jewelry are not eligible for return, exchange, or lifetime return under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, undamaged, and unaltered condition
  • In the original packaging

Approval

All return and replacement requests are subject to Pramogh’s examination and approval.

  • Original invoice or a copy of the invoice
  • Original packaging
  • Product documentation
  • Lab certifications
  • Discount coupons
  • Any free gifts received

Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the care and value of the item while it is in their possession and during the return shipment process.

Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Processed

Alterations

Items that are chipped, nicked, damaged, scratched, set, or altered in any way, or have a different weight than when sold, are not eligible for store credit or refunds.

Non-refundable Charges

  • GST
  • Duties
  • Payment gateway charges

COD Charges

We do not issue refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, typically ranging from ₹100 to ₹300, in case you decide to return a product.

Additional Lab Certificates

Any lab certificates ordered separately beyond the free certification are non-refundable.

Export Policy

Pramogh does not accept returns for items shipped outside India under any circumstances.

The 10-day return period begins from the day you receive your product, as verified by our courier records.

2. I bought 2–3 loose gemstones and like only one of them. Can I return the others?

Yes. Under our no questions-asked return policy, you can return the other gemstones for a full refund within the 10-day return period.

3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective gemstone?

If you receive a gemstone that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference. Ensure you provide clear photos of the damage to expedite the resolution.
