-          If by chance you are unhappy with the Loose Gemstone, Jewelry, “Ready to be shipped items”, you can return the product for a full refund of the money you paid for it strictly within 10 days return window provided during the time you are in the possession of the piece, you are entirely responsible for its value and its care. After which we will be able to refund the amount.

-          If by chance you are unhappy with the Custom, “Made to Order” items, you can return the product for a Store Credit worth 80 percent of your Invoice Value within 10 days, Or, can seek a Refund worth 60% of your Invoice Value strictly within 10 days return window provided during the time you are in the possession of the piece, you are entirely responsible for its value and its care. After which we will be able to refund the amount.

The 10-day period begins the day the item is signed and received from our shipping partners. The ten-day return period expires exactly ten days (240 hours) after the item is signed for. Yes, you can return the other gemstones within the 10-day return window under our "No Questions Asked" policy. If the item has been altered in any way, chipped/nicked, damaged, set, scratched, or has a different weight, it will not be returned for a full refund.
